We are proud to be teaming up again this year with Farm Catskills to buy another whole cow for the Andes school cafeteria. The proceeds from last years event has given the children at Andes school grass-fed beef all year. Its also help expand their school vegetable garden, which is very exciting! This year we hope to raise even more money to bring great local food to the children in our area.
