Wild apple trees don't have it easy up here in the Catskills. The ones that survive tend to be pretty remarkable.

We hand-pick them, press them slow, and do every step right here on site — because honestly, we wouldn't have it any other way. It takes time. But we think you'll agree it's worth it.

Most of what's on the table started close by. Pigs from our farm, cheese from down the road, vegetables grown in the Catskills.

We keep it simple, waste as little as possible, and let good ingredients speak for themselves. Come hungry.

Good things happen when we get together!

We host live music, food and craft events, game nights, festivals, and more — because Wayside has always been about the people as much as the cider.

Come as you are, local or from afar. You belong here.
